Red Chimichurri

What you'll need

  • 1 unit red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 unit shallot, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/3 bunch cilantro
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 unit lemon, juiced

A favorite discovery from our trip to Buenos Aires in 2017. Put on some Carlos Gardel and fire up the grill.

Serves: 6

Put everything in the food processor and mix it up until you have chimichurri.
