Pork rub

What you'll need

  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin

Serves: 4

Mix and rub all over chops. Grill to your delight.
